In just one work step, a self-luminous plastic component with a closed surface in seamless design and integrated OLED lighting is created. The presentation at Fakuma 2015 is, to our knowledge, the first time in the world that an OLED has been successfully injection molded into a self-luminous FIM component. With this innovation, B\u00d6-LA, a pioneer in FIM technology, also becomes a pioneer in the further development of Film-Insert-Molded-Electronics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/boela.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Mehrfarbige-Naviblende-Poster-mit-Partnern-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-508\"\/><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In dem auf drei Jahre angelegten \u00f6ffentlich gef\u00f6rderten Gemeinschaftsprojekt FIM-O \/ Film-Insert-Molded-OLED werden mittels des FIM Verfahrens zeitgleich eine OLED und eine 3D-verformte Hardcoatfolie verspritzt.
