Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d)

We are an internationally oriented medium-sized family business in the field of technical screen printing and plastics technology.

40 years of competence in development, quality and service make us one of the leading companies in our industry in Europe.

At three locations in Radevormwald, we produce high-quality products for the automotive and household appliance industries with approx. 250 employees. Radevormwald has good motorway connections and is not far from the major cities in the Rhineland and the Ruhr area.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for the next possible date for a Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d)


Your tasks:

  • Carrying out payroll accounting independently and on time
  • Recording, monitoring and maintenance of personnel master data and personnel files
  • Administrative support for entry, transfer and exit processes
  • Participation in the preparation of employment references
  • Processing of the registration and certification system
  • Correspondence with authorities and social insurance institutions
  • Keeping statistics in human resources
  • Competent contact person for employees on payroll-related issues
  • Ensuring compliance with the provisions of labour law
  • Administration of time recording and their flexitime accounts
  • General administrative activities in the area of human resources

 

Your profile:     

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk
  • Initial experience in the field of human resources is available
  • Experience in payroll accounting, ideally with Datev
  • Knowledge of labour, wage tax and social security law
  • Good PC skills (MS Office)
  • Independent, structured and careful way of working
  • Communication skills, ability to work in a team and enjoy dealing with people
  • Trustworthy and discreet
