This means that we can always offer you an optimal working environment for screen printing, film insert moulding and assembly technology, which is ensured by clean room encapsulation, air humidification, overpressure locks and many other techniques.

Screen printing technology

With more than 20 screen printing machines, as well as pad printing and digital printing, BÖ-LA Siebdrucktechnik is one of the largest technical printers in the world. Cleanliness is a top priority here. Clean room encapsulation, air humidification, overpressure locks, air conditioning as well as an access authorisation system and clean room clothing ensure the cleanest production conditions.

Plastics technology / Film insert molding

Our high level of automation ensures consistently high product quality and forms the basis for BÖ-LA's leading position in the field of Film-Insert-Molding. With its clean room production cells, various molding processes and multi-component injection molding, BÖ-LA Kunststofftechnik has technical solutions on board for all tasks relating to Film-Insert-Molding (FIM/IML).

Assembly technology

With the construction of our third plant, BÖ-LA Montagetechnik in 2015, BÖ-LA evolved from a supplier of decorative components to a provider of complex decorative and functional assemblies. This means that BÖ-LA not only offers the assemblies themselves, but also the necessary automation systems and assembly transfer lines from a single source. Permanent bonding is also taken care of. Whether bonding, hot caulking or ultrasonic welding - BÖ-LA Montagetechnik always has the right connection for you.
