In order to continue our success story, we are looking for a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology as a shift supervisor (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.
Your tasks:
- Technical expertise: As an expert, you will be responsible for setting up the injection moulding machines (Arburg and Engel) and the various peripherals (KUKA 6-axis robots, cut-off and camera systems). You will set up the system according to process specifications, monitor production, recognise process errors and be able to rectify any faults independently.
- qualityYou are responsible for process approval in coordination with quality assurance, carry out production-related tests and document the results.
- Maintenance: To ensure trouble-free production, you will ensure that the machines, injection moulding tools and peripherals are properly maintained.
- Communication: You are in regular contact with neighbouring specialist departments. Plan the shift-related allocation of staff and take on training tasks.
Your profile:
- Training: Successfully completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology.
- Experience and know-how: Professional experience in the field of automated injection moulding processes. Ideally, you will have experience in handling and automation systems as well as knowledge of FIM, IML or IMD processes.
- Personality: Communicative, committed, team player, flexible, resilient
- Working method: Independent, systematic, structured, quick comprehension, high sense of quality and responsibility
- Working hours: Willingness to work shifts (3 shifts / alternating shifts)
- Languages: German spoken and written
