In order to continue our success story, we are looking for a department manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.
Your tasks:
- Production planning and organisation: You are responsible for shift schedules, production plans and material planning in coordination with work preparation.
- Quality assuranceYou will be involved in the preventive quality assurance of products and processes, both in series production and in development.
- Technical expertise: As an expert, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimising production processes, as well as sampling new projects in collaboration with process engineering. It is important to familiarise yourself with the latest developments and best practices in the industry to ensure that the department remains at the cutting edge of technology.
- Communication: You work across different locations and are in regular contact with various specialist departments and relevant suppliers.
- Personnel management and development: As head of department, you are responsible for selecting, familiarising, training and developing your team.
Your profile:
- Training: Successfully completed further training as a state-certified technician for plastics and rubber technology or as a certified industrial foreman for plastics and rubber
- Experience and know-how: Professional experience in the field of thermoforming, mould or automation technology. Ideally, you will have experience in stamping technology, IMD, FIM or hot or cold forming.
- Personality: Strong communicator, assertive, committed, team player, flexible, independent, goal-oriented, systematic, structured and resilient
- Working method: Independent, process-orientated, quick comprehension, high sense of quality and responsibility
- Languages: Fluent written and spoken German
